Certified Condominium Specialist

Over the past ten to fifteen years, condominiums have grown considerably in Calgary.

In  2006 the Calgary Real Estate board developed the Certified Condominium  Course" as Condominiums are a different form of ownership than Single  Family homes.  This form of ownership creates many issues, concerns and  complexities that require special knowledge to properly represent  clients that are either buying or selling condominiums.

Currently this course is not mandated, it is up to each individual Realtor to choose to upgrade their education.
